Does anyone know what time of month they're running the credit on the refunded amounts for Liverpool and Cardiff?

Flipping hate it when my money is in limbo and I don't know when I'll receive it.

As far as i know.....

The money will be in our accounts BEFORE the pool tickets go on sale. Pool tickets are on sale to season ticket holders from tuesday 28th. This is providing that you requested the money before the noon deadline that was included on the update email that was sent to us on the 15th.

Edit. P.s no i am not dave gorman.

In my email it said it should be credited Friday 24 August. Let’s hope that’s accurate

I was told my Fulham money would be refunded "no later than 30/07/18"
They didn't even begin the process until 2nd or 3rd August.

Hopefully they learned that wasn't acceptable.

Probably a completely pointless question, as we dont even know when we will get to use them, but has anyone started to recieve the season ticket packs?

What do people think will likely happen, regarding the season ticket situation, if the worst happens and we end up having to wait until the new year for the stadium to be ready for matches? Proportinate refund as per so far, with the option of banking it for the next seasons ST? Some complimentary matches as an apology for messing us about?

Your guess is as good as mine, but I know one thing 100% for certain, they'll be nothing complimentary. Doubt we'll even get offered a free beer and burger in the first game.

Wouldn't hold my breath. Maybe a discount on the official coach travel to play away to Macclesfield in the cup.

No refunds when the coach breaks down in Stoke.

But they'll provide the Elven bows and swords forged in old Numenor for fighting off the Orc hoards, right??!

I already have 2/19 the cost of my ST in my ticket account, will I be able to use that as credit for the two upcoming games or will I just have to withdraw that and buy liverpool / Cardiff tickets from scratch?

Yes you can use it from the credit. If you withdrew the money into your bank account then you will have to buy from scratch.

When I rang up the ticket office last week to ask the same question they told me I couldn't do that, I had to withdraw the whole amount and then buy the tickets separately, if I leave the money in the account then it can only be used towards next season's season ticket.

Read your most recent email from the club. The only thing the credit can be put towards is next season's ST.
