Trust have said on Twitter that it is for the refunds - seemingly because they know there'll be more to come (Man City at least) and it's easier to set up a direct "debit" than do manually each time.

So found out from an actual helpful person in the ticket office, that if you are a new season ticket holder that used the finance option then the money is going back on to the Spurs account and then it can be withdrawn. There in the process of doing that atm will be a couple of weeks.

I'm really hoping I get that refund tomorrow. Still a week to pay day and I'm properly poor.

when i did this last year and had already paid for membership before being offered a season ticket.... the cost of my membership came off my season ticket price so maybe have a look into that.....

Called up yesterday about the membership refund. Spoke to a very helpful person. I was expecting the refund into my bank account (where the DD comes from) but as I paid for my dad’s, my son’s and my season ticket on credit card, they’d refunded all 3 back onto that. It was credited on to the Amex last Tuesday so all good.

Great news....your a gnats step closer to getting your money back:LOL:.

I decided to send a miserable email lastnite to the complaints department/ section from the website and i got an apolopgy email 9am this morning and a missed call/voicemail saying they tried to call to manually refund it. Im awaiting another call now to sort it finally on my lunch break!
Il be glad when its all straightened out so i can get on with supporting the team without feeling mugged off.

I'm a bit confused. I logged into my e-ticketing account, as per instructions in the email from last week, and there is no 'account management' or 'account cashback' option available to enter my bank details.

Account Management option is completely greyed out. I can only check the my tickets, my network, and loyalty point sections?

Am I missing something here? Anyone know?

I have been able to check the status of mine through the loyalty point section.... this has now been taken off.... it was telling me when i processed the refund and when spurs processed the refund..... lets hope they have not messed this one up

Question for a bear of very small brain.

This is slightly off-topic as its about General sales tickets but it's a situation arising because of the moving of the Liverpool game so I'll put it here.

I'm in a Network with 2 other Season ticket holders who sit together. Now I want to bring my son and a Liverpool supporter mate to see the Liverpool game at Wembley. So five of us - 3 of whom are season ticket holders.

My question: which sales period can I buy tickets for all 5 of us to sit together? Just General sale? Or earlier?

sorry I can't answer the question, but admitting to having a Liverpool friend deserves a public flogging:whistle:

Earlier I believe. There usually is a period where ST holders can add guest tickets.

I hate the spurs ticketing site - fucking waiting for an hour. I WANT MY TICKETS
There's absolutely no rush. Today and tomorrow is just to purchase the seat you had last year. You can't purchase anything else and equally nobody else can buy your seat. So if it's playing up just go in again later.
