I hate the spurs ticketing site - fucking waiting for an hour. I WANT MY TICKETS

There's absolutely no rush. Today and tomorrow is just to purchase the seat you had last year. You can't purchase anything else and equally nobody else can buy your seat. So if it's playing up just go in again later.

I'm on hour 3 now...

You had to reclaim the cash for both the Liverpool and Cardiff games. It was either cash or credit towards next seasons season ticket.

No, you get your money back (if you requested it within the window) then you buy the ticket.
I believe you missed the window for the refund unfortunately so all you can do now is net it off next seasons season ticket.
