I received an email from Barclays today saying my direct debit has been set up with ‘Tottenham Hotspur and ATHL’. I thought it was fraudulent but the last 4 numbers on the card matched the email so was a bit confused. I called Barclays and they confirmed the DD had been set up but no amount or date had been added yet. I then called spurs and I’m so fucking frustrated because every line I go to, I eventually get an automated ‘this line will now disconnect’ and it cuts me off. 4 times now on a couple of different numbers.

Has anyone received a similar email? I haven’t set up a DD with spurs. I paid for my ST in one go on my credit card. I’m confused.

Nope. Sorry I should’ve said that in the post.

I haven’t done it knowingly anyway... if I could get through to spurs I’d friggin’ know by now. Even more annoyingly, their calls aren’t free on mobile minutes. They’ve cost me £20 in the last 2 months and at least £10 so far today, fuckers ?

The club have apparently set up direct debit to make it easier to pay you when you withdraw the money for the refunds

Just spoke to the members office asking about my son's junior membership pack as he hasn't had it yet and apparently its sitting in a warehouse but will be sent out at the end of the week. So if anyone else is waiting for one of those for their kids then thats what is going on.

I also asked about the season ticket packs and after a bit of a chat I joked that it would be a nice christmas present, but she said they they were led to believe that the packs would be coming out this month. They didn't want to send them out while we are still playing at wembley as the packs have "welcome home" written all over them. It didn't sound like she was making it up to me, but that might just be what they've been told.

Edit: Update - child's pack arrived yesterday. So pretty quick.

have you checked your CC account? as I'm sure they refund the account you paid with

Yeah it was that. They worded it a bit funny calling it a direct debit account when in fact they’re refunding me, which is why I was confused. Then I got an email a few days later from them saying the DD account has been set up especially so they can pay me. I got the refund (for Liverpool and Cardiff) on 10th.

If you get cut off in the future use the overseas number. You can get through on that one.

I logged in after receiving the email to buy my ST seats from last year for Cardiff. But the option to buy my son's ticket via the network assign function had disappeared. I couldn't deal with the delays on the phone due to glory hunters buying Barca tickets. Has this thing happened to anyone else? Or perhaps I'm just shit at IT. I did try clicking every possible link though.

Yes got mine a week ago, are you sure you didn’t click the print at home option....

It is in manage tickets. Best if you log onto both accounts and click on that option and try again.

Plenty of clicking around in your account. I think it’s in ‘Network’ and then click on that and find manage tickets? I can’t deny it’s a complete pain.

I didn’t order it, my mate brought no my season ticket . It’s just that he organised for the Fulham game too and that ticket was sent to my house. Was wondering if they have changed it and now all tickets ordered together are being sent together

cheers, Hoops. Managed it, even if I wasn't quite sure how. Bit of a time waste. Was expecting more than £51 on the cashback this month, having just spent £77 for the same seats as last year's ST?
