Yeah, the team appear to be pretty relaxed....having a good time in the fish-market anyway!
(Saw a little bit of the game; nice teaming-up pass between Kane and Holtby.)

"I’m happy as it was the first game of the Tour, the conditions were difficult with warm temperatures and all the players did their best,"
said Mauricio.

I am afraid to say i think he is spot on.

Nice of him to praise the fans; I'll assume he's being sincere. We were a long way up but we gave it a go.

The most disappointing part of the whole experience (training session and match) was that our players didn't acknowledge us after the match. The Sounders players walked round the whole pitch acknowledging the fans but ours - withe the sole exception of Friedel - just fucked off down the tunnel. Piss poor show.

I looked at the game..And I know we didn't have our 1st team out. But both Lamela & Soldado were shocking.. Lamela was getting nowhere and easliy knocked of the ball. Same as last season when he played...Frankly we sucked and were lucky to get the draw.

How the hell did you watch the game and manage to single those two out for criticism...? Wait a sec, did you watch the game..?

I watched the game live on TV - had to say that Lamela did have some decent touches but failed to go on, Soldado looked happier to get the penalty than get a shot off. However, the defense was the most worrying - Dawson looked slow and out of position, as did Fryers when at centre back. For the second goal, there was so much space for Alonso to have the shot, although it was a cracker, nobody even went near him.
I'll go with first game and in the heat - see Toronto on Thursday....

Yeah, i did watch the game. It was on BT Sport. And we looked terrible. Lamela looked weak, and was knocked off the ball on the few times he had a touch. I only look at the game to see if he would show me anything new.. And trust me he looked the same as last season.

Spot on m8.
I was there with my brother, and we came down when the clock was near stoppage time, just to watch most of our players walk off the pitch. (I mean a couple like Brad, Falque, and someone else hung around for a few seconds to speak with Dempsey, etc., but for the most part they left).

Oh well, the match itself was pretty entertaining, tbf. (y)
