Tottenham are reportedly set to make an offer for Leeds United midfielder Kalvin Phillips. Phillips has been a star performer for the Championship club and is attracting plenty of Premier League interest.

I like the look of Kalvin Phillips; assured & very cute in possession. I think if he signed, then it would most likely, either be the end of Dier in that holding role, or the end of Dier as a Spurs player.

Regardless, I'd welcome the signing of Phillips, if he did sign.

WTF is it with people that they have to take a pop at an existing Spurs player every time we consider a new one.

Just shut it. Don't say it. Leave it out. Exercise self-control. Comment on the story without the compulsion to attack the current Spurs player who is your hate-object. Do that every time until it becomes a fucking habit.

But it's not a pop. We have a squad size that Poch likes. Someone will leave and if its Diers position then he is at risk especially if we sign Saliba too. Nothing bad was said about Dier in the post, whether implied or not

I’m more concerned that I’m living inside my old version of Championship Manager where after playing too many years they start reusing old names with one letter changed :nailbiting:

I’m not sure many people have twin siblings that aren’t the same age ?
Technically you are right, but they don't come out at the same time you know.
Those few minutes determine seniority for the rest of their lives.

At least no=one yet has asked if they are identical twins.

I have twin girls. They don’t know whose the oldest (ie who was born first) because we don’t know who was conceived first as that really determines who the oldest really is

That is smart. If one turns out a bit domineering, then declare them the youngest!

I really wish we'd revisit this one....lad would be perfect for us in so many ways. Great at breaking up play, very aggressive in winning the ball, good at keeping possession and really shows some ability to spread the ball around.
