Torquay United. From Torquay and used to go and watch them from time to time. Looking forward to promotion from the BSP!

Swindon Town, my local team when a kid, my mate's dad used to take us regularly, and they beat the Gooners 3-1 in a giantkilling feat at Wembley 1969 to win the League Cup when in the old Third Division. No second string team from the Arse in those days, but they still whinged about the muddy pitch. Some of the oldies on here will probably remember Don Rogers, Swindon's two goal hero, who went on to play for Crystal Palace and QPR, who were both top division back in the day.
same as, well apart form the old age bit  used to go to the county ground every week in the dyas of hoddle/moncour/fjortoft/bodin et all ahhhh the good ol'days

BOO! Oxford United are my local side, and I have been along to a few of thier bigger games.
The games against Swindon were always brilliant.
booooooooo dirty scummy bastards, hows joey beauchamp, still afraid to leave the city limits?

Well Brentford are my most local team, although I don't much care for them.

I was born in Sheperds Bush and much of my fathers family were QPR fans so I somewhat prefer Rangers, although again to be honest I don't much care for them.

I have had periods in my life when I liked certain oversea's teams, Milan during the Van Basten and Guillet era (I was at primary school and more obsessed with football) at a similar time I had been on holiday to Majorca and was bought a moody BArca shirt so I supported them for a while too (still prefer them in Spain)

I have family in Rome, the family team is Roma although the younger of my two cousins became a Lazio fan at a very young age (because of his best mate) but he is the one who is most into football and everytime I go to Rome he buys me a ticket to go and watch Lazio with him (whilst I have never been to a Roma match) so with my collection of Lazio hats and scarfs he has brought to me over the years I will say Lazio are my second team!!!

Plus he and his mate came along to the Wigan FA cup game recently and showed much support for Spurs (as we won maybe they are lucky charms) so how could I fail to extend the same support for their team?

Bigger games, like against Crawley Town and Stevenage Borough, or the mighty power that is Burton Albion.

Best thing about Oxford's ground is the Vue multiplex, bowling and bingo. Went there during a home game the other week and still got a parking space. My best mate has free access to a box there, booze and food on the house, and has still given up going!

I don't think I could really support another team but I do follow Plymouth Argyle (local) & look out for Leicester City, I've spent a few good times at Filbert Street with a foxes fan.

For some strange reason I like Hull City. I think it's because of Peter Taylor & Nick Barmby.

Charlton - My old man supports them, so I feel obliged. Real shame what is happening there.

Have always looked out for Notts Forest cos the first game i ever went to was Forest v Luton in the 1st division (back when that was the top division).

Also have always looked out for teams where Guernseymen are playing (not many have made it pro) -

Southampton (Le Tiss)
Pompey-Oxford-Weymouth (Dave Waterman)
Pompey-Bournmouth (Chris Tardif)
Morecambe-NOrthwich Vic ........ (Ryan-Zico Black) lost track of where he is now cos he has been around a lot of non-league clubs

One of my mates also has that option and doesnt go as well!
I havent actually been in to the kassam since they were still in the football league, but the football was shocking then and I decided I wasnt paying £17 to watch that crap anymore.

Talking about the Vue, I went to see the Dark Knight on the day that they were playing Man Utd (under 18s admittedly) in pre season, got parked no problem.

Celtic - It's an Irish thing
QPR - local
Foggia - Championship Manager Italia :)

But nothing comes close to supporting Spurs...

Well lets see. Stevenage because thats where i was brought home to from the Hospital, Cambridge Utd because my old Dad lives there and we went to the Abbey to see the odd game, and I keep an eye out for Histon as I played against them in a pre-season game when they were a bit further down the league structure, and its great to see them doing well.

Oh plus Dundalk seeing as I have lived here most of my life and my first game was Dundalk v Spurs in 1982 at Oriel Park, Cup Winners Cup tie, scraped through on a 1-1 aggregate scoreline on away goals.

I do have a team for most leagues across Europe really, i think most people who follow the game do, don't they?

Holland: Ajax (I grew up watching this lot be the Dutch national side, and they had the smartest kits, year after year)
France: Marseille (Waddles fault)
Spain: Barcelona
Germany: Hamburg (Yep, even before Martin went there)
Scotland: Hearts (went there, loved it)

I dont hv a fixed 2nd team, coz its only Spurs for me. The teams I like watching are ususally the team which play exciting football and have a plethora of stars. Used to be Inter Milan when Ronaldo (the fat one) was there. Then I had a liking for Real Madrid when Zidane and Figo where there. However, at the moment, I look forward to watch Barca's matches. They are really playing scintillating football at the moment.

was talking to my mate about this the other day...thinking who we'd support if our team were to dissolve...and if there was a club created by the supporters, i.e Afc Tottenham hotspur, or Spurs..like AFC wimbledon or FC United did..then id support them...but if not then probably Kingstonian..local team

One of my mates played for them

Fuck this im Spurs and Im only Spurs, thats all i ever will be. Even if we were relegated to the very bottom of the football pyramid, id still be Spurs.

I looked out for Fiorentina's results when i was younger , but fuck that now, couldnt care less. Also my local team is St Albans, I was happy when they got to the conference but they were shit and went straight back down.
