Chelsea have played Norwich, Newcastle, Hull, Leicester
We've played Wimbledon, Newport, Rochdale, Swansea

Who's lucky?

We can’t have any complaints and we are more lucky than Chelsea but looking at that list (and now knowing they have Southampton in the semis) that’s got to be one of the easiest routes to a final in a few years

Are we really going down the route of 'jammy Chelsea getting all the luck' because it's a complete load of bollocks!

Also, why this inferiority complex all of a sudden? I want us pitting our wits against our contemporaries because we are at a stage where we play the better football and this is the perfect riposte to those constant jobs about us 'bottling it' or the stupid memes of a trophy cabinet with 'put the pressure on' etc.

And if we are going to talk about who we'd rather want then i'd prefer to play Utd in a semi than the final and equally, i'd savour lifting the Cup over a distraught Chelsea team/fanbase in the final too.

Bring it on! ManU don't scare me. Jose will park the bus like he did in the Prem and we played them off the park. Pogba was subbed he got schooled that badly. Would rather have drawn Southampton but lets smash ManU then deal with whoever wins the other game.

People would have said that about us if we'd got Southampton. Beating United on the way to the cup gives us more credibility.

As others have said a tough draw means we can’t and won’t relax.
Remember Portsmouth, being favourite is not an advantage, much rather be the underdog, and we’ll be that as we haven’t won an FA Cup semi in nearly 30 years:(
Yep, I remember how certain teams were 'nailed-on certainties' to win Cup Finals:
Leeds vs. Sunderland, 1973
Yanited vs. Southampton, 1976
Woolwich vs. Ipswich, 1978
Woolwich vs. Wet Spam, 1980
Us vs. Coventry, 1987
Dippers vs. Wimbledon, 1988
As you say, there's no advantage to being the favourite.

We’ve beaten Chelsea in a cup final before and we’ll do it again.

Why is everyone going on about Spurs home advantage? What a load of bollox.. I think if we’d have been called out first, using the Home changing rooms, then that could be comfortable for us. But, we now have to go to the away rooms, and I thought no that could actually unsettle us. So there is no advantage, never really was, this is a different game.

Both changing rooms are identical. The only difference for us is going to be the size of our support in the ground.

City missed about a million chances in the semi while Chelsea scored all of theres against us.

Chelsea were then still too busy partying with John Terry to take the final seriously.

Sometimes there's a lot luck involved in winning trophies and we're long overdue some. Fingers crossed.

Did they play them All away. And I don’t think their draws were hard, they should beat those teams all day long. But to get to the semifinals and get Southampton rather than us or Utd. That’s the draw they were hoping for, and they got it. Just fuckin hate them.

It's on Sunday then. That guy whose wife is running the London marathon is going to be well disappointed!

And now a long list of favorites who have won... don’t worry I won’t bother to list them.

If we beat Utd and Chelsea to win this no one can say we don’t deserve it but then personally I wouldn’t give a fuck if we played a load of non league teams all the way to the final as long as we can win this fucking thing.
