Mercato: PSG wants to extend Aurier, which interests two English cadors

Under contract until June 2019, Serge Aurier received an offer of extension of contract from the PSG. But the Ivorian right-back is also interested in big foreign clubs.

The future of Serge Aurier will be decided in the coming days. The agent of Ivory Coast will soon meet Antero Henrique, the new sports director of the PSG , to evoke the continuation of the career of the 24-year-old player. One thing is certain, the club of the capital, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi in the first place, wishes to preserve it. An offer was sent to the former Toulousain to extend his current contract, which ends in June 2019.

Some time ago, Unai Emery did not want to keep Aurier, to whom he often preferred Thomas Meunier this season, but he changed his mind, especially because of the good behavior of the player.

Manchester City and Tottenham on the move

If he decided not to stay in Paris, Aurier could bounce abroad, especially in England. The Ivorian is guarded by Manchester City, in case the arrival of Kyle Walker did not materialize. Tottenham would also be on the spot ... in the event of Walker's departure from the Citizens. But Nasser Al-Khelaïfi has a concern, see Aurier definitely explode abroad.

Really bad attitude though no?

Can't see Poch being too keen.
Well it does say his behaviour has improved. I think a bigger problem is the fact he's apparently banned from the UK?

Not a fan of Aurier given his attitude. I don't see Poch being interested for the very same reason. Not happening IMO

As you've all brought up he's got an interesting attitude.

As a football player he's really good though. For me he's just as good as Walker.

Would be a great replacement for Kyle. Won't happen though. Expensive and doesn't feel like a Poch-guy. Let's hope City take him. They'll get a great defender but we'll probably keep ours.

Just saw that Aurier is currently on 100k€ a week, which is approx 86k£ a week.
Even if he agrees to stay on his current salary, thats almost a no deal for us.

Footballing wise is very good replacement for Walker. But in every other ways, no chance of this happening unless Poch changes philosophy and Levy relaxes his wage structure.

Yeah "interesting" is one way of putting his attitude.

Being an absolute dickhead is another.

Yep, he's a prat but when we're looking for quality on a budget sometimes you have to make exceptions. Hopefully he's not up there with Balotelli in terms of being nuts.

He has a criminal record for assaulting a police officer and was refused a visa to enter the UK. He is scum.

He's worse.

Balotelli does stupid benign stuff. Aurier does stuff that's incredibly damaging for himself and for the team.

We shouldn't touch him with a twenty foot pole.

Wasn't he convicted to two months in prison as well?

Has he served that yet or are they contesting it?

He also did a periscope where he insulted his head coach, Ibrahimovic, van der Wiel, and Sirigu. All teammates of his at the time.

The guy is toxic.
