I'm quite excited about this potential signing, appears to have a lot of suitable attributes and if we can temper him, he could be great!

I read a piece yesterday about all his discretions, he sounds like a guy who needs some Poch love - I've never had the impression Blanc is a great man manager.

Has anyone watched the periscope where he insults everyone? He's not recording it's his friend recording he's just sat there playing on his phone whilst his friend asks questions. Ignorance yes but how many times have we stupid things around friends! If he elbowed a policeman in the throat there's no way he'd not be in jail and definitely wouldn't have conviction over turned

I agree. As much as I like Trippier and Davies I think we benefit more from pace and power on the wings. I think we DO need to replace Walker with a similar player and I also think we need to do our best to keep Rose.

No. Tierney was just a tabloid, toljan may well be an alternative to aurier if that goes tits up.

Loves to get forward - exactly the sort of wingback we should be signing. Fingers crossed we get this one over the line.

A pal of mine who support ManUre was having a chat with me this morning about re-signing Zlatan.

Then he goaded me about stealing Aurier as pointed to media reports earlier in the month that suggest Aurier agreed a £90k wage with ManUre.

My point of view was that this was Aurier's agent doing his job and if they're re-signing Zlatan then there is no damn way Aurier is signing given their history!

Strangely, this is the signing that I want the most!

I agree. As much as I like Trippier and Davies I think we benefit more from pace and power on the wings. I think we DO need to replace Walker with a similar player and I also think we need to do our best to keep Rose.

I think the Rose one is complicated. If we could source a replacement of suitable quality while making a saving of 50% we would.

However we can not be seen to selling up after a coupe of ill advised interviews. Rose had more chance of getting a transfer by simply having a private, polite word with Poch.
