I can't wait to see this kid tearing up and down the right. Brining some pace back into the side. Hopefully Rose doesn't have any issues in his recovery and we'll have them both terrorising full backs.

Serge, Serge,
Wherever you may play,
You hit pigs,
And you called Blanc gay.

...is much more lighthearted.

This isn't aimed at you, more the person who posted it on twitter

This is my only fear with this signing that this kind of laddish "banter" is somewhat legitimised

I'm on board with the signing but it takes responsibility from our fanbase to not go down that road of thinking 'faggot' is an alright term to joke about

Maybe I'm just being a killjoy

Guy is superior to Walks in every department. Trust me on that.
I see some neg ratings from the uneducated
If you know your football. Then you cannot express unless totally oblivious, and ignorant to the facts. The insiders in football at the highest level would take this guy over Walks in a heartbeat.

I still cannot believe we got him. As much as I liked Walks, he is not in the league of SA in the following areas:

1. Pace=Almost equal
2. One on one defending=SA by a country Mile
3. Distribution=SA by a country mile
4. Goal threat=SA by a country mile
5. Composure=SA by a country mile
6. Take ons success=SA by a country mile
7. Stamina=SA by a country mile
8. Control under pressure=SA by a country mile
9. Game concentration=SA by a country mile
10. Game aggression=No competition
Note:
The above is heavily adapted scout reports. They are not mine, but comparative reports used to acquire a player like SA against Walks. You go with the Opta stats, these guys don't!!!

Yep. Think he'll be an absolute monster for us. On the pitch and in the changing room.

Even if all the above were true you have to wait and see how he adapts to the league. Walker has been the best RB in the league for 2 years now and while SA seems to have all the tools to be a huge hit let's see how he goes in his first season. There's plenty of players who have been great abroad but have struggled. I don't think SA will but I think it's a bit disrespectful to Walker to say he's not even in the same league.

It not disrespectful at all. I liked Walker, but also had my spats in his well known lapses, and final balls. I respect the fact on how you addressed my post. I cannot appreciate people who disagree/spam with no explanation.

It'll be interesting to see how quickly Poch integrates him into the first 11. I can't imagine he'll mug Trips off straight away but you got to think he won't wait long. Guess it'll come down to who's out performing who in training and how Trips performs in the games. If he has another bad game or 2 I'd imagine SA will come straight in but if Trippier finds some form and trains well then he'll have to wait I guess.

@Hercules i respect your opinion but I see your list stops at10. What about #11, Stop after a 30 yard run, check back, wait for the opposition defence to get into place, cross the ball to their keeper. Let's see if Serge can do that, not once, or twice, but for a whole 90minutes!

I think the guy looks quality from what I've seen but why was he only getting about 20ish league games a season for PSG?
