Sergio Reguilon has told friends that he is close to joining Sevilla with Tottenham Hotspur ready to move the defender on this summer, according to a report from Mundo Deportivo.

It was a ridiculous suspension anyway IMO, but if the betting market's still open for Reguilon's transfer his friends can still use the information he provides them to have a flutter whether he explicitly tells them to bet or not.

It's a massive grey area where the sensible thing would be to outlaw betting on these things altogether.

Agree. I guess Tripps was just unfortunate to be found out.

Anyway, hope Reguilon will be moved on soon followed by many others. Need the squad to start trimming as the pre season going into more tactical phase of play with the main group of players in the plan.
