No fucking way.

He’s been living off scraps.

I assume people would play Son as the only other alternative is to play Llorente which would be stupid.

People were saying the same thing last season, and the season before, and he still ends up carrying us (in terms of goals) he’s got to play through it.

We can’t afford to imo. Drop points against Brighton and it’s been a shocking start and I wouldn’t want to piss Harry off. Yeah, I know, no player is bigger than the club etc etc but we won’t be saying that if he fucks off.

Needs protecting from himself, send him away to a sunny climate with his family for 2-3 weeks, and hopefully he will come back the old Harry.

Give Son a strkers role with Moura Dele and Eriksen behind him.

We can cope without THIS Harry for 3 weeks.... ffs we beat Chelsea away without him.
Trouble is, I can just imagine him training by himself still and not getting the rest he needs.

What he needs first of all is the team set up in a sensible way. That midfield today was a strange decision and can’t think of a single good reason for setting up like this. Poch trying to be too clever and really needs to get his selections right, we are better than those last 2 games and in both the team has been set up badly.

If he goes on hols for 2-3 weeks now the fooking press will suffocate the whole club.
Having said that, I absolutely agree there is something wrong with Harry. Maybe even outside of football because I don't recognize his face, it's lifeless, no smile, expression heavy. I don't think he enjoys playing football now, he is a totally different player to what he used to be a year ago.

From recent comments it seem both Kane and Poch are going to keep their head in the sand - "there is no issue, feel fit, crazy to drop"

It was not given that Kane would become the player he did. He did because of his desire and dedication. Turned himself into one of the few footballers in the world (Ronaldo, Bale etc.) Who build their entire life around being a top athlete (rest, nutrition, specialized training). One theory in my head is whether he still do the same things, make the same sacrifices that gave him the fitness he peaked with. Family life might also have an impact on this.

Sky have told me this morning he has run less sprints. I think we all know what needs to be done now.

No. Poch needs to start playing to his strengths again. If Kane is available he should start but if we play two up top it has to be Alli as his partner. If Alli isn't available then we should play one up top, and that man is Kane. I wanted us to match Liverpool on Saturday by playing Son and Moura on the wings in a 4-3-3. We played into their hands and Kane suffered as a result.

There was a comparison of the 4-1 win vs Liverpool last season (almost a year ago) and Saturday's match; Kane's number of sprints dropped from something like 45 to 7.

Bit of an unfair comparison seeing as we let Liverpool have the ball in that match last season, we tried to dominate possession this time around and Liverpool sat back a bit more as well so he had much more space to run into, still his levels are way down from last season that cannot be doubted.

Kane when right is all action, runs around chases everything, and he is at his peak because of it.

The fact his speeds have dropped by 30% and his effort probably as much or more, says something clearly ain't right, and i don't think it's something more games/training is going to correct.

Been running on fumes for the last 6/7 months. I don't think he is shirking i just don't think his body is allowing him to do what he wants to. He might not be able to tell but surely the fitness coaches with all their monitoring equipment must be aware in a drop in his output, stamina and speed.

Play vs Inter, rested for the next 3 after that, Brighton, Watford & Huddersfield. We should be getting 6 points from that, and he wouldn't play the league cup game anyway.

I actually think Moura and Son paired as a 2 up top could be an interesting proposition, switching around with Eriksen floating.
