Spurs are set to benefit from a 10% sell-on clause in the deal, which took Wales full-back Ben Davies and goalkeeper Michel Vorm to White Hart Lane.

I make that around £3.5m. I don't recall any previous mention of that clause being part of the deal.

Could be up to £5m if reports are to be believed.

Yeah this place is going to pot unfortunately. Mirroring the world. People can't have a debate without trolling. I manage another website forum and same is happening there

Have I missed something or is maths not your strongest suite? 10% of £45M (what Everton are paying for Sigurdsson) is £4.5M. No?

Might be 10% of profit. So sold for 10. Now sold for 45. 10% of difference

This, I'm sure these deals are structured for the selling team to share in any profit?
Imagine selling Sissoko for £10m and Newcastle getting £1m of that!!
