'Raisport' claim Sassuolo turned down 2 big money offers for Sime Vrsaljko (from Tottenham and Napoli).

Coincidentally, a new Sime Vrsaljko highlight video just came out today as well:

As always, thank you @Dinpomp (y).

I'm assuming 'Raisport' is a Croatian news/sport outlet? If so, are they reliable (as far as press go) ? (y)

'Raisport' is a major Radio/Television company out of Italy. How reliable their mercato rumours are, I don't really know.

The widespread belief among many is that Vrsaljko is Juventus bound (most likely in the summer). When he first signed with Sassuolo there were reports that it was done "in synergy with Juventus." He's been linked with a lot of clubs, but I think it's really up to Juventus if they want to do a deal or not, and word is that they most likely will. For their part, Sassuolo has consistently repeated that they won't sell in January and will wait and see in the summer.

I've been impressed on the few times that I've seen him play.

Whilst Walker and Trippier have been good enough, I wouldn't be against the idea of us looking at a new RB.

How many players do Juventus want? It's like every good player in Italy ends up there or is at least expected to.

Was always going to be a top defender.

I have no idea why bigger clubs haven't gone for him and why he's moved for peanuts.

If I recall correctly he doesn't like to really attack the final third, rather stick to the byline and cross (which he's very good at it).

Excellent defender, but a team has to structure around his lack of attacking prowess and he probably needs to nail more crosses to be considered by the bigger teams so long as that's his style (or accept having a less attacking RB).

Rather give Kyle Walker-Peters a run out first.
