I am not claiming to have the credentials to manage a football team but just because I am not a manager does not mean I am incapable of having an opinion about a player and it does not mean Poch is some perfect human being that is incapable of making mistakes.

He is wrong about Sissoko imo, he will never be a good footballer and I think Poch and his ego are getting in the way of his logic here.

Anyone can voice an opinion, but it doesn't mean it's a qualified one. I'm not taking it personally.

Sometimes it doesn't have to be a qualified opinion, we all knew Tim Sherwood was utterly shit and incapable of being a manager and yet Levy still appointed him didn't he?

Sometimes you don't have to be in a qualified position to know when someone is making a huge mistake, I admit Poch is in a better position to judge players in general than I am but that does not mean he is right about Sissoko.
