So does that mean SKY will be showing less of our games...?

be fucked if I'M paying for Sky, ESPN and BT!! LOL

Don't pay for ESPN then. They don't have any rights for Premiership games. They have rights to some FA cup games and some Europa League games but since ITV have first and second pick I imagine that they'd pick Spurs first. We might also have some pre-season friendlies on there.

As it happens Sky will be showing one game more than last season, but BT are showing a lot more than EPSN ever did (15 more) because this package offered more live games than previous occasions. There will be 4 live games for every round of fixtures, plus another two

It's hard to say whether Sky will be showing less of our games but I doubt there will be a significant change. Take a look at this for more

Yeah ESPN arent showing anymore Prem games, only really worth keeping if you watch UFC lol

Not sure how much BT is though, probably about £15 p/m They have 2 sport channels iirc.

Not into UFC, but maybe we could throw Sandro in as a side earner lol

Cheers mate :)

I think 'Wilfred' has done a runner as soon as I mentioned BT ffs!

Still, managed to get Sky Sports and Movies @ £10 a month for 6 months, result!

Edit: He has replied - I'm sorry we do not have BT Sports channels. And we have no idea what is the price. However you can contact BT to get the right price details.

BT have bought ESPN's UK rights and will be shown on ESPN, you won't be paying ESPN anything to get this channel. If you want BT Sports/ESPN you need to either have a BT Internet package or pay via SKY or BT Vision. It's a pretty good deal if you have BT internet already and you don't have to have infinity. Sky have responded to this by giving broadband away free for 1 year.

BT also have a pick of the top games which has never happened before, ESPN & Sentanta have always had the shite games.

ESPN still have the rights to the FA cup, internationals etc, which is why the channel still exists but it's under BT's package.

One more thing, you can get BT Sport free via sky if you have BT internet, you don't have to take their TV package.

SSN have tweeted this morning that there will be some big announcements today. This probably means announcements about Sky Sports rather than any news as such. 1 of these announcements could well be the live fixtures. They've already announced (in the last few minutes) that they are showing the Fury/Haye fight, so definitely seems to be announcements of a 'coverage' nature.

I always thought the Saturday 12.45 kick off was a big thing for Sky as it's aimed at the prime-time Asian market?? Big call to give that slot up.

I'm surprised the Villa away game's been moved to the Sunday as it's the Great Birmingham Run on Sunday 20th and could be problematic for people getting to the game, although I suppose it'll all be over by the afternoon. I'm running in it so hopefully I'll still manage to make it to the game afterwards.
