Memories of the 1980-82 squads singing the FA cup songs, such great camaraderie.

Dunno if it's just me, but they didn't really seem that enthused by it all. Certainly Toby, whose efforts could best be described as half hearted. Perhaps I got too built up by the idea of my club being truly adored by it's players, despite what we know and think about the modern footballer, prior to watching the clip

What's clear though, is the group seems fairly tight.

There's another video of them singing the 'Arsenal fan on a string' song. They are a lot more enthusiastic in that one!

Biggest cheer for Poch says it all really, but why do they seem to be kept in some underground bunker? :cautious: Is it in Levy's cloning lab?

why don't clubs do fa cup final songs any more? Bit rubbish in the whole scheme of things from a marketing perspective when milking every penny from supporters is pretty high up on every clubs agenda!

I'm guessing as it'd cost a fortune in image rights and make very little money as a) no one buys music anymore and b) the FA Cup ain't what it used to be. A spare couple of hours for the squad can be put to more lucrative use

But agree, miss them too
