When Park Ji-Sung was on ManU, it was like all of the Koreans are supporting ManU. If son comes in, it'd be the same for sure. Premier League is much more popular league here than Bundeslia is. So call Korea, 'Repulic of Spurs' if son comes in. That's how much popular Son is here. You'll see a lot of Korean companies' ads at WHL.

But, he has to go to army like every ordinary Korean men have to. He has time until 2019 or so. If he wins medal at Olymphics or something, he gets free from it. However, if he can't find a way, he should come to Korea for 2 yrs and play in Korean league instead of going to army.

I do believe, like many, that our slow build up has been due to nobody running in behind defences. Having pace in your front 2/3 will also have defences dropping deeper, which means they either won't press our back 4 or gaps will begin to appear. Seems like Poch wants to address this which is excellent and probably why on message boards fans have wanted Lennon back.
