If he really wants to make it at spurs i don't think this is a great move.. I like him and think he gives us something different but he needs to really show what he made of this season, from pre season and through..

But wouldn't a successful tournament allow him to get out of national service for his country? That'd be beneficial for us.

To be fair he's almost opposite to Kane in that he needs game time and this might give him the opportunity to build into the season. I think this will be a break through season for him. A good pre season to toughen up and get used to the pace and I think he will make a Chadli sized contribution but with the work rate we need!
