South Korea winger Son Heung-Min says that he prefers London to Leverkusen, and has made lots of friends since joining Tottenham Hotspur in August last year.

How much English food would he really eat? It isn't like there isn't any other options in London

I don't expect there are too many options near the training ground, which is where he is spending a lot of his time.

There are some pretty fine Korean restaurants in the West End, though, if you want to pay the price.

Any good Korean food there? Kimchi, bibimbap? Think he is looking for a taste of home.

Is there is sizeable Korean community in London? Usually this little things help expat workers with home sickness.

Fair enough, maybe he could ask the chef to prepare him something which he would prefer or is more accustomed to.

Surely he's on a highly regimented diet at least 6 days out of 7, 10 months of the year anyway? Pretty sure I heard tell of the team nutritionist & their diet regimen ...

Edit: no @chawhiterock i don't mean Spam ... :cautious:

Crazy when he has the cash to eat in Michelin star restraunts every night, or just hire a chef.
London has some of the best restaraunts in the world!

You can get 100% authentic Korean food in London. Unless he misses currywurst.

Right, so in the city which has possibly the best selection of restaurants and places to eat of anywhere in the world, with the best quality, the most variety, and some of the most innovative cooking on the planet, he doesn't like the food.

I suggest you stop following Kyle Walker to Nando's Sonny and broaden your horizons a bit mate.

We're assuming it's Korean food, which is not uncommon in London, maybe it's German food he misses, there's not many German restaurants around.

I hear there's a good Korean restaurant in Battersea... I'll get my coat.

On a serious note, there's actually an awesome one near me, in Earlsfield- always packed out.
