Tottenham trio Giovani Lo Celso, Cristian Romero and Davinson Sanchez are set to spend 10 days training in Croatia to trio avoid hotel quarantine after international duty.
But Spurs are in the dark over when Argentine pair Lo Celso and Romero will be released by their countries after head coach Lionel Scaloni appeared to back out of an understanding to release them early.
