I want to give away my old spurs shirts to charity so that others can enjoy them as much as I have, and maybe create some new support in poorer countries.
I love every one of my shirts even the pony ones, they bring back so many memories for me but they just feel so wasted being kept in the back of my cupboard. I will keep a couple of my very favourites but the rest can go to loving homes.
Does anyone have any suggestions of the best charities I could donate them to?

Excellent idea.

Alzheimer's society is dear to my heart so I would suggest them.

What ones do you have? Maybe some folk on here might fancy them, then donate the cash.

Thanks for the interest but I really want them to go to less privileged kids in a poor country.
When traveling around southeast Asia about 8 years ago I took a couple of shirts with me to wear on my trip and the interest in my shirts I got from the local kids was amazing, they would love to have the real shirts rather than the crappy fakes they get out there. I would have given them the one off my back but didn't have enough clothes to last me on my trip.
The money isn't important to me and I hear when you donate money to charity most of it ends up being spent on administration costs and very little actually makes it to the people that need it.
I just want to spread the spurs love to those less fortunate.
I don't want them to end up in the back of someone else's cupboard. Sorry.
