You can auto pick your team and change it until your hearts content right up to the start of the season with no point deductions. Best to get in early!

Most will go with Lampard and Gerrard in midfield, with no Ronaldo there this year it frees up a lot of cash. The trinity has been broken.

There is another site - canyoukickit - www.cyki.com - which is similar to FPL, but gives cash prizes every month. You are allowed 2 free transfers a week instead of the one on FPL, but you can only have 1 sub, which is a bit shit. Registered there towards then end of last seasion but FPL is still the daddy.

My current team I've just put together have a defence consisting of £4m - £4.5m idiots.

I'll probably change it, as Vidic got more points last year than any striker and all but 3 midfielders. Defenders get more points.
