The brain may still be tip top, but looking at him last season, he looked like his legs were gone, besides, I doubt we could/ or would pay his wages.

This is nothing more than an agents attempt to smoke out some contract offers, I'd guess most likely from Rio's old pal Harry. Got QPR written all over him.

why would we want to take a 35year old who is on a downward spiral
if its for expierience we have dawson and kaboul ;no logic in this rumour

... except that QPR are being chased under the FFP rules, so the salaries that they would be offering next season might not be all that generous.

It's not just his legs that have gone, but he's a history of back problems that throw his regular availability into doubt.
