Yup, got home ok and woke up with another bad head - thanks guys. Glad to see you found your way on here, now you have to get rid of that Jason Cundy badge by posting more.
You know what, that might just work! I just found out that the family don't get back till next Tuesday and I've just blocked off this Saturday's work - so you're on.Jez, you're doing better than me on the post count. At least I won't get bumped off this site (hopefully). Sorry about the sore head GDG, I carried on in Wanchai until 3am. You can imagine how my head felt. Fancy doing it again this week?
I really need to get this multiple entry visa sorted don't I?
Baz, spur'don are you going to the game?
They are indeed. Baz, despite being a Kiwi, is a very nice bloke, though he is wont to make you drink more than you need and then make you continue drinking in Wanchai - he's also the head merchandiser for SiHK, having brought us t-shirts, business cards, umbrellas, discounts in Delaney's.
Spur'don seems to have hollow legs, it doesn't matter how much beer you pour down him he remains lucid and ready to do it all again the next day. If you make it in time for the tram ride you'll have your work cut out to keep up with them - remember it's a long weekend and they have years of experience pacing themselves over Rugby 7s weekends to fall back on.
Yes, we will of course be there. Not sure what state I'll be in by Sunday. Maybe I should book Monday off work.........
On a totally random note I am in Hong Kong from 29th-31st July just missing the games but if anyone is already in HK (weds-friday) would be good to meet up for a beer or a chat, ore any locals reccomend me places to visit as its a last minute change of plan on my way home.
Yup, ask Baz. I might have one spare at work, too, I'll try and get it over to the lads who will be there to pass on to you.So where can I get one of these SiHK t-shirts? That would be a pretty good souvenir of my trip. Is Baz the man to ask?
