It's $200 ($250 for the expensive seats but they sold out in one day).

Not bad at all, I think.

Big weekend coming up in Hong Kong. Fans have been arriving from overseas all week. The big party starts tonight and will carry on until Monday morning. Can't see the game being all that spectacular but the pre-match will be awesome! Weather forecast is 33C and 90% humidity, going to be some tired legs getting back on the plane, possibly the players too!

I am flying out tonight. Will get in at 5pm Saturday, head straight to Delaney's I think (if I can find it). Going to be out on my feet as I am in work all day today so will arrive on the end of a 40hour day, but can't wait to get there. Going to be special.

Insanely hot, crap game, totally biased ref and a very sweaty encounter had by all. But good to see the boys in Hong Kong once again. Now I just need to work on getting my voice back. IOMLS, good to finally meet you and many others from around the globe. Hope you enjoyed the weekend as much as I did.

Great weekend. It really was insanely hot. I think we were all sweating beer as fast as we could pour it down. The game wasn't the best obviously, although it will have done some of the reserves some good in terms of fitness.

Great to meet everyone. I'll try and get some pictures up as soon as I can. Cheers for the shirts Baz!

Chaps - I'm in HK for the next 6 months so want to know where to watch the match tonight. Is Delaney's still the place to go?

And if Harvey starts feeding you Black Sambucas and Vodka jelly shots, be prepared for a very long night.

Why don't you come down to HK and join the troops, especially for some of the big games - there will be up to and over 100 Spurs fans upstairs in Delaney's. You can get a room for a few hunded bucks, or alternatively spend the few hundred bucks drinking all the way through to morning and get the train back up next day.

I'd definitely suggest getting over to HK from Shenzhen. I'm hoping to do it a few times this year for games.

Awesome thread! My gf is from HK, and in 2009 we travelled East-Asia with a few friends for several weeks, starting and ending in HK.

The 09/10 season started part-way through our trip, and I remember watching our first four games in three different counties (either online, on the tv in a hotel room, or in a bar.)

One of the best parts of that trip was at the end when we all went out one night in HK. It was the night of our match vs Birmingham (which we won 2-1.) I watched the first half in our hotel on the web, and then we had to go out, so we made our way into town - to Lan Kwai Fong.

Got into a bar (can't remember which one) with like 15mins left of the game. The bar had a ton of tvs around the place, showing like every single league game at once. I sat down on my own in front of the first tv I saw playing the Spurs game, and watched it to the end - where Lennon went and scored the winner in stoppage time. I cheered like mad when he scored, and split half my pint down me, but then I heard a massive roar from the other side of the bar, and wondered over there to see they had a projector up of the Spurs game, and there were about 30-odd Spurs fans there singing and dancing! Was so epic to see that many fans, and awesome to have us bellowing out yid army songs for half the night. So good! :D

Aye, that was the TottenhamHK lads.

The bar you went to was the Dublin Jacks. We're normally at Delaney's in Wanchai, but I think there was some private event on that night so we ended up in DJs.

A good night!
