Yeah, it was a great night, I think there were about 20-30 of us for the chat with Don McAllister, who was very interesting to listen to (he played with Ardiles, Villa and Hoddle) and over 50 for the game itself. I highly recommend going next time, it was a great night, fantastic atmosphere, we must have sung for about 80 of the 90 mins.
Click on the link for a vid one of the organisers took on their phone, during the game, the microphone doesn't do the noise level justice at all.

Gutted, that looked like great fun! I was seriously keen. Been gagging for it since they posted about it on facebook. I made it to a game at the foxes a couple of months ago with about 10 others, but as it was in the morning before work, it wasn't a very raucous atmosphere.

Anyone heard anything about TV coverage for next season for those of us here in NZ?

A Dubai based company out bid Sky and Coliseum Sports (the website based broadcaster that had it for the last 2 years) for the rights with a view to on sell them to make a profit, as they don't have the means to (and have no plans to) broadcast in NZ.

They tried to sell it to Sky and Coliseum Sports but neither wanted it for the price they wanted, so currently no-one will be broadcasting the PL in NZ unfortunately.

$12 a month for 2 extra channels on sky sports who will show 4 live games a week plus football from other countries.

Getting sky installed on Friday, pretty disappointed about it, with premier league pass it was what $300? For the season, now I'll be paying $120 a month.

Its going to be available online (bein Sports connect) for apparently $18 per month but won't be ready for the first game.

Yeah I had a look at it, I'm not to sure about it yet so I decided to go with sky, 6 month contract so after that I may look at going direct depending on the reviews of it.

We get Sky through Vodafone as part of a package. It ends up being much cheaper than just Sky alone. Worth having a look at,

I'm actually pretty impressed with the BEIN football channels, never thought there'd be the day where there were 2 24 hour football channels in NZ.

Also heads up they're currently showing arsenal lose the champions league in 2006. Good times.

Can anyone figure out if it's our game being shown on Sky Sports 3 in the morning?
Looks like it's Club Brugge vs Leicester (or 'Leichester', live from the Camp Nou ) on 4, but the guide doesn't state which game is on 3, and I can't find anything online.
