Alrighty,

So, am in Manila (Makati) for work this week and was wondering if any of you fine fellas, or anyone else, would perchance know of anywhere I could watch the game on Thursday (Maribor away).

Somewhere where I can have a beer and stuff.

I'm back in Manila for work at the moment and, along with local recommendations I watched the game tonight at Heckle & Jeckle.

It was so much fun being ther, even if the game was not so much fun.

Am probably going to watch the rugby at Howzat Sports bar on Sarurday before deciding where to watch the Fulham game on Sunday.

I do like this place though.

I worked there for almost a year. Heckle and Jeckle was my favourite to watch football. Syds along the road wasnt bad either.

I live in Manila (have done so for 6 years) so if anyone ever visits this way feel free to give me a shout to watch any Spurs games.

H&J (formerly Heckle & Jeckle but moved just down the road to new location a couple of years ago) is still the best place to watch the football. Howzat is still the best for cricket and rugby.

A few more bars opened up in the same area recently showing sports but not been to them yet.

Saw the Watford game on the back of the recommendations in this thread at H&J when I was in manila a couple of weeks ago and it was a really nice place.

I didn't know this thread existed. Wish I had, I spent December-Feb in Manila and will be back at the end of May until the end of July. Time zones usually meant I watched at home on a stream. I guess I'll be there for the Euros this time around. We lived in Cubao, QC, and traffic is 'devilish' according one of the presidential candidates - plus, bloody basketball seems to be on all the time!

Hi guys,

Any recommendations for today's game (in 15 mins), given its a 4am KO on a Wednesday?

I believe Heckle and Jeckle is closed as they haven't advertised it on their FB page and their site states they're only open 24hours on Fri and Sat.

Any tips appreciated guys!
