Can anyone suggest good Spurs- friendly bars in Philly ? I was in Houston last year for the Final and the Richmond Arms was packed with our fans. Anyone have a similar experience in Philly last year ?

I'm really struggling to find a pub to watch the final near me. What channels are showing it in the US??

Setanta Sports USA (09:55 ET)

Not surprised you're struggling having checked out the Venue Finder

Nothing in Kent (officially)

And normal opening hours for most places are 11AM on Sundays

Suggest you phone
Fox & Hound (Canton) 330-497-2593 and Fox & Hound (Mayfield Heights) 440-646-9078 if you don't mind driving over 20 miles to watch the game Eek

Nice one Geez, cheers.

Yeah I figured Canton might be my best option. Problem is I'm still in limbo over here and can't drive yet so will have to rely on my Villa-supporting wife. Who's not a morning person. Wish me luck. Really wanted to watch this in a pub as well.

Anyone have any idea what the Setanta collapse will do to viewing Spurs in the US? I have DirecTV so could always switch to Fox Soccer Channel if necessary but I was hoping someone would have some info. Thanks my fellow exiles.

It depends who will buy the assets of Setanta. Also the EPL may re auction their rights. A lot depends on Setanta, they might be able to find an investment group to buy their assets prior to bankruptcy. As long as it is not the US goverment.

So today's news suggests ESPN bought the Setanta rights so I expect they'll wind up on ESPN2 in the US and I'll get the games for free but have to put up with the annoying idiot Tommy 'the bulging onion bag" Smyth. God I hate him.

Setanta UK collapsed not setanta US. so all the shows we get that are made from sententa uk and shown in setanta will no longer be shown. (football matters and etc) that said u should still be able to see all the games

It is possible that Setanta US will buy the rights to the EPL games from ESPN(UK). However ESPN(USA) may set up a channel similar to Fox soccer channel. We will have to wait and see.
