Next year is the last year of his contract, United will look to sell him this summer. £40m to £50m max is a fair price, United get what they paid for him, plus a little profit.

Manure have the option to extend by 18 months so he actually has 2.5 years left on his contract, you'd probably be looking in excess of £60m for Martial.

And Grealish did play a year in the Prem before Villa went down, so he has got Prem experience, that a foreign import does not have.

Little point of extending the contract of a player who doesn't want to stay. Sissoko had premiership experience as well. So far it's all rumour, if it's true I don't see us offering anywhere near the fee that Villa are wanting.

Martial is a multi million pound asset. If it suits them financially to extend it, they will, whether he wants to be there or not.

I don't see how it suits them to keep an unhappy player that they don't want. They would be gambling on someone stepping in and paying a big fee. Outside of the premiership there are few clubs that will do that.

Sounds from the ITK like Mourinho isn't bothered about losing him in which case I doubt he'll get on the pitch much. In that case Martial might be able to exert some pressure to move although his contract situation doesn't sound favourable. They might ultimately decide (like we've done in the past) that they don't want an unhappy player around the place. Probably a bit of wishful thinking because I'd really like him.

Doesn't tell us anything really.

"Levy will believe he can get Grealish for as little as £15m"

As for JL Sports UK, it's clickbait shit.
It's believable that he would think he can get Grealish that price and it's believable that we could get him for £18.5 million. Villa are in financial trouble, they can't afford to play hardball.

He is a good player and maybe was the best player in the Chamionship last season. Has talent which I feel Poch will improve on. Young and English and worth a shot at the right price.
I really dont think he was, no one has even suggested he is close to that lol

He wasnt the best villa player according to villa players and not the best villa player according to their fans

Would be nice to get an agreement with villa early so that they can move on and we secure one of our targets.

Levy thought he could buy Ross Barkley at a knock-down price and look what happened to that.
