Are the spurs ladies at the same level/league as their arsenal counter parts?

I know Arsenal and england striker Danielle Carter from when she was undertaking ger physio degree

My sister took her kids (married in to gooner family I'm afraid) to Wembley to watch the arsenal ladies cup final and Danielle scored a sensational winning goal

I asked Danielle to sign my niece and nephews Arsenal shirt and match program and she kindly agreed to do o

In addition to that she came with a pair of her boots that she had also signed for the kids (without so much as being asked)

So as dirty as it makes me feel to say this my dad and I both now have a soft spot for the arsenal ladies team (although ive told Danielle many times she should transfer to spurs and cleanse her soul)
