Agreed. From what I've read he doesn't look like he's ever played a full season and hasn't been picked for Argentina since 2011. Other than being 6.5" is he going to be better than our loyal captain? Is Chiriches going too? I'm a little concerned

Fair enough. Although it's all in context, the first few replies were discussing Schar as plan B, where as some of us believe he'd be at least plan D what with Lovren going to Liverpool and still no sign of Mussachio or Fazio.
