As you're no doubt aware, Harry hit out at the fans for booing after the match tonight.

That's well and good and how it should be. Booing one's team, as far as I'm concerned, is the province of fools and should be widely derided by all sane people.

However, could it be that the fans weren't booing Spurs, but rather Howard "Dismemberment & Being Hung Out For The Birds To Peck At My Genitals Is Too Good For Me" Webb?

THAT is all well and good and must be encouraged at all times.

So, if you were at the match and booed at the final whistle, who did you boo - Spurs or Webb?

Just for the record, I didn't boo at the final whistle.

There was an awful lot of abuse and booing directed at The Wanker in the Black, and an awful lot of frustration as a result of the performance (especially in Bentley's direction)... I didn't think any booing was directed at the team though...

Why?
I really didn't think he was terrible.
Did some good things and linked well with Hutton.

I've just mentioned it in the 'worst performance of the evening' thread. It was most certainly initially directed at the team. Then thankfully a bit of calm set in and some players were clapped when clapping us, Bale (as always) in particular.

But yeah, Webb was a **** of the highest order. At least he proved he wasn't necessarily a homer, he's just a shit referee.
