Odd about Onamah. Guessing Winks rehab is going to take a while longer.

Winks will be injured, Janssen and Edwards just don’t have a future with us but Onomah is the most surprising omission. Could it be that he has been deemed unlikely to break through?

Has anyone actually heard anything regarding Onomah?

Could be at home sorting out a transfer, like Jansen.
But could also just be at home injured/in rehabilitation, like Winks.

Unless a move is close for Onomah, seems strange that he'd be kept at home when there are at least 5 players on the US tour that we're looking to move on this summer.

Onomah was definitely struggling to get over an injury for most of last season. Hopefully left behind for rehab reasons similar to Winks. I’m sure we’ll hear soon enough.

Wonder what the odds are on Eriksen changing to the no.8 shirt this year? Does his Instagram name come from his time at Ajax? Cos he’s no.10 for Denmark.

He was 8 for Ajax yes. No idea why he didn't take the 8 shirt before if he wanted it. Who was the last player of ours to wear 8? Mason?

All these pictures should make British Airways embarrassed. They call that a business/first class cabin? 8 across? Yikes. Never sat in business in my life and probably never will but even i know that product looks far behind others

I really wanted to see Reo Griffiths given a run, I hope this doesn't mean he's off.
With his new contract, Reo has to step up and do well at Academy level. His showings last season were not positive at that level, in that he wasn’t dominant.

he hasn't signed a contract, just extended his scholarship for a year - which basically means that a club can come in and take him and a tribunal will decide the fee. also, i've seen it mentioned a few times(probably thanks to alasdair gold) at how he wasn't able to replicate his u18 form for the u23s but he only made three short appearances at that level last season, so hardly anything to judge him by. that said, the hype around him(mostly by those who haven't seen him play) is too much, he still has a long way to go.
