Skipp looked good, not too far away from the first team, Amos decent, but not sure if he is ready. Eriksen and Son turned it on and Georgiou looked bright, on this showing he stays and GNK goes.

Nice to see the team get stronger as the game went on. As far as I can see we now have Dier and Dembele as the only fit central midfielders (except youth players) and both have not even started training yet.

Relax TT we will be ok without a MF this season...as long as we get in enough WFs. If we go 4-0-1-5 with Eriksen feeding those forwards what can go wrong. Brave!

First time seen Amos playing this season. He looked very good, composed , passed forward most times and intercepted/tackled well. I don't mind him in PL squad for the season.

Got to buy some central midfielders though surely. Even though the youngsters looked good.

If we are going to continue with 4-3-3, we still have Dembele, Dier and Alli to come back from international duty and Wanyama, Winks and Onomah to come back from injury. I would have any of the 6 mentioned above starting over all of the CMs who played today except Eriksen.

Much better 2nd half where we seemed more cohesive in everything we did.
Nice to see Skipp & Georgiou get a good run out & they showed some creativity & tenacity.
Shame the latter missed his pk. Hope he can put it behind him as there were so many positives in his play.

Yes, but preseason and as far as I know he has not played a single game for spurs as yet. In an ideal world we would want a season with some cup games and a smattering of sub appearances before he is catapulted in to the first team.
