Loan with am option to buy would be my guess....but sounds reasonable.
His last performance for us at the Lane was a horror show.....something not right there at all.

We seem to sign good quality players with good pedigree & potential who are doing well with their respective clubs, then soon as the Spurs jersey is thrust upon them they turn into lemons!

I agree. Unfortunately it is a "gotcha" with our model of buying young players with sell high on value. We possibly snap some of them up a little early, or some players just fit a club and then don't fit when they move elsewhere until after a long settling in period, which they are unlikely to get with our fans' infamous impatience with players.

So clubs who play in the Champions League and compete at the top of the table, want him. Yet he's not good enough for us

To be fair if you watched the previous video's of him he was always error prone. He has some very good traits but by nature is a massive wild card. He is the Gomes of CB's and we can't afford to keep a player like that with our low scoring stats.

We paid €9.5m for him, yeah? So around £7m at the time? Sorry, I dont see Levy only asking for a 500k profit here. No chance. I could see Levy accepting a £10m to £12m fee here, however. I wouldnt be surprised to see Levy set an astronomically high £15m asking price though and then come down from there. I'd say the bare minimum Levy will accept is a £3m profit.

You need good mental strength to play at Tottenham and for the fans to truly respect you flair in abundance.

Juve: "we're interested in Chiriches"

Spurs: "OK, how about £5m"

Juve: "Really? Yes please."

Spurs: "How would you like us to pay?"

You just know that he will become great after we sell him. I don't mind, though. Get rid.
