If that's correct i'd be happy. Going to be a pain for some fans travelling back from mk for european games though.

If we can use Wembley for the PL then why can't we use it for cup an europen games? Seem ridiculous that we need different grounds for everything. The FA cup would be an issue but where are Chelsea going to play their homes fa cup games for 3 years?

Chelsea won't be in the CL next season and Wembley can hold unlimited games under 50k attendance.

Do champions league games kick off at 7.45 or 8.05?

That extra 20 minutes before kick off means coming home from white Hart lane is usually the difference between me getting home at 11pm or 12am due to trains.

I think that Wembley hosts all kinds of other events throughout the year, plus if us and Chelski played all of our Prem and cup games there, it would be a sand pit by Christmas!

It will all be worth it in the grand scheme of things, although the cynic in me can't see the stadium being ready on time.
