Does anyone get the "Your ticket has been loaded on to your access card" emails from the ticket office a few days before the match anymore? The last one I got was for West Brom, and that arrived after the match.
I ask because last season I didn't get one and tried to get in but the turnstile wouldn't open.I had to queue up at the ticket office and missed the start of the match. So this season I keep having to queue up and check it has been loaded and they treat me like i'm mad.
