Forget about the article Steve, for 260 million would you agree that we should have a team capable of challenging for the top 4 and winning things?

£260 million is a lot of money, but sadly in football parlances it's not that large amount. Also how many years was that over and as I said you have to compare it to similar clubs. If you saying Levy should have done better then of course you are correct. But singling out any one chairman would be wrong as many have done similar. Many lessons are being learned this season from some pretty big clubs all over Europe.
