Stupid question that's probably been asked already, is Joe Pritchard related to Alex?
No.

Tottenham Hotspur: Glover (78 mins: Sheldrick), Walkes, Ogilvie, Lesniak (sub Amos 45 mins), Ball, (sub Maghoma, 45 mins) Hall (C), McEvoy, Miller (sub Veljkovic, 45 mins), Sterling (sub Harrision, 45 mins), Goddard, Sonupe (sub Azzaoui, 45 mins)).
Sounds like he's made noise in all the closed door friendlies this year so far with plenty of goals and assists. Could definitely be this year's Mason. Doesn't register on many fan's team ideas, but simply plays his way into Poch's graces with strong performances in friendlies.Sounds like Oduwa caught the eye in today's first team friendly behind closed doors - good that he seemed to be getting the better of a Championship side's defenders
I do think it's interesting and somewhat odd that Onomah, Oduwa, Walker-Peters, Carter-Vickers, Winks, and Coulthirst seem pretty entrenched in the first team training (in almost every day's pics) and friendlies (all well deserved) and yet Veljkovic isn't with them, instead being put with the youth team.Been an interesting day for the youth involved in the friendlies :
Played 45 minutes for Spurs first team v Reading :
Joshua Onomha, Nathan Oduwa, Kyle Walker=Peters, Cameron Carter Vickers, Harry Winks, Shaq Coulthirst
Academy Players involved in Spurs X1 v P'boro (League 1)
Tom Glover, Christian Maghoma, Kaziah Sterling, Ismael Azzaoui
In fact, given that other than Grant Hall (22) and Kenneth McEvoy (20), all the players were aged less than 20 all the side deserve a pat on the back for playing a League 1 side and making a game of it despite much less experience, lack of size and muscle etc.
windy said that veljkovic was st both the first team and u21 friendlies yesterday so there is still some hope for a first team breakthroughI do think it's interesting and somewhat odd that Onomah, Oduwa, Walker-Peters, Carter-Vickers, Winks, and Coulthirst seem pretty entrenched in the first team training (in almost every day's pics) and friendlies (all well deserved) and yet Veljkovic isn't with them, instead being put with the youth team.
Think that was just guesswork.windy said that veljkovic was st both the first team and u21 friendlies yesterday so there is still some hope for a first team breakthrough
Veljkovic did come back late because of the world cupI do think it's interesting and somewhat odd that Onomah, Oduwa, Walker-Peters, Carter-Vickers, Winks, and Coulthirst seem pretty entrenched in the first team training (in almost every day's pics) and friendlies (all well deserved) and yet Veljkovic isn't with them, instead being put with the youth team.

We listed the players named in the OS report and pics, and given that most of the players still seem to be playing 45 or 60 minutes (still early in pre-season to play 90), its odds on that there were other players not identified who played, who they were is anyone's guess.
There is a logic in CCV playing rather than Veljkovic in the sense that Poch saw Milos in last year's pre-season where he did reasonably well in the appearances he got plus where he played the few games at Boro he was getting good fan reviews so Poch knows that Milos can play against men. However CCV has only been seen playing in youth teams so its essential that Poch sees him playing against men in a friendly to judge whether he can play in EL.
My personal guess is that Milos played in the first team friendly but may not have been 45 minutes as he may not have caught up on pre-season schedule after appearing in u20 WC (where he played every minute in the winning Serbia side)
Anyone want to let me know how Ogilvie got on
Nice new thread, SI I should add that that Kazaiah has 3 As in his name, and noticed it on the first page.
Here's highlights from the u21s match

@CarlItAsISeeIt Miller was wearing # 8 & playing center mid role. Veljkovic was centreback and looked solid but only played 2nd half.

@CarlItAsISeeIt Miller was good in midfield but is slight & did get bullied about but so did a lot of the side but technically looked good..

@CarlItAsISeeIt MV looks class @ CB. No panic under pressure. U20WC obviously did him good. Pboro have highlights up https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9CQPN3U8W5o…
Don't know who that guy support but good to hear Veljkovic looking class on his first game back.
Really happy about Miller and Goddard coming back and hitting his straps from the previous season. Both should really get an opportunity to impress this year with the more highly thought of players being promoted. They could both legitimately play themselves back into contention, with how talented they are but again I suspect the competition for places will eventually be their fall. Any other academy and they could legitimately be training with the first team.
While as a team we were smaller it's good to see that we weren't dominated at all and we actually domianted the game, which should quash some fears about our players being ready for adult football when the smalelst two stood out.
Anyone notice if Pritchard got on?
The comment about Harrison putting himself about is strange but good to hear, seems to be trying to add to the physical side of his game.
Interesting that Sterling played assumed he was in Belgium must be quite highly thought of to be playing against the L1 side of our u21s. I wonder where he will be playing this year.
Hope some impressed enough to get a L1 loan.

Would guess he meant Joe Pritchard.
I still think the assumption that Milos played against Reading too is wide of the mark. At the very least we don't know. I think the safer bet is that he's being eased back in after the U20s WC. Though it does appear CCV has been back in for a while.
honestly, not great. i didn't think much of any of walkes/hall/ball/ogilvie.
