Gonna get some stick for this, but I really feel that Lucas is a big part of the reason we have looked like a team of complete strangers for most of this season.
He plays by himself and people haven't got used to him. I'd consider taking him off, draw Kane back into midfield and stick Llorente up front.

Come on... that's not totally fair. We played really well in that game. I agree that Real weren't at their high-flying best, but we were really really really up for it and the result reflected our performance that day.
We were in a lot better shape then than we are now.

Playing without four key regulars.
Two of them our creative heart.
Playing with players returning from injury.
Gifted them a goal early
Struggling to stay in it but succeeding.
Rakitic worldy.
Only 2-0 down to Barcelona.
No complaints from me.
But it is what it is.
Keep them out
and score a consolation.
Good enough in the circumstances.

My prediction is Skipp comes on and bangs in a quick fire double and a Sissoko screamer to complete the comeback second half

Just scanned back and I'm pretty sure you win the award for hating on Son the hardest :D

What happened, he not return your calls? You really don't like him, huh? I love the fact he's a cheerful guy, he enjoys his football and he tries hard. And if he scores a few then bang on, can't complain really.
I don't hate him he clearly got ability and can be a matchwinner but he comes across as a confidence player, not sure if hes just rusty, tired or got other things going on but looks a shadow of the direct player we saw last season, when he attacking on instinct he can score us goals but just seems hesistant. don't do enough when things aren't going his way
