I notice Lamela's injury is quoted as 'hips' plural, is this just a typo, I thought it was just one hip that was crock?

They operated on both to avoid another potential layoff later down the line

In vertebrate anatomy, hip (or "coxa" in medical terminology) refers to either an anatomical region or a joint.

The hip region is located lateral and anterior to the gluteal region (i.e., the buttock), inferior to the iliac crest, and overlying the greater trochanter of the femur, or "thigh bone". In adults, three of the bones of the pelvis have fused into the hip bone or acetabulum which forms part of the hip region.

So yeah, you've only got the one hip joint!

Hip hip hooray! Lamela the hipster. Great that he now back. Hoping he gets back to his best previous form and gets better...he has the talent.

When did Sanchez get back?

If he's still jet lagged I'd put sonny in and have a 4-2-3-1, otherwise totally agree with your selection

Am I the only one that feels we should be bulldozing teams like Bournemouth? With all due respect to them. They're out of form apart from being lesser caliber opposition. Why not play 2 strikers? Would love to see Kane and Llorente play together? I don't get why they have to be mutually exclusive

Not sure about the internal mechanisms but maybe the issue wasn't with the joint? It was widely reported that he'd had both hips operated on at the time...
