Its too bad when the wheels on the man city bus not just have fallen off but have been nicked while at anfield that we have to play them next.

Can anyone see city losing 4 on the trot?

Not sure if this is the best time to play them or they are going to come out all guns blazing.

Has to be Aurier in to try and look after Sane

If we can win that battle and keep him quiet you never know

Hopefully Dembele can compete with De Bruyne much better in the return game

We'll certainly give them a game

They came out all guns blazing today. I think they are looking a little lethargic as matches go on tbh. Stay in it until half time and we will beat them imo. Plus we have the option of Dembele and Wanyama to stop their midfield this time round and a settled CB pairing with some pace in it..

Definitely something missing with them in the last few games but they’ve also had a few crucial decisions go against them

More of the same Saturday please!

If Liverpool can beat City, 3 times! Then we should be able to beat them, especially at Wembley. Us and Pool are pretty even, though we have the edge in class :)

City are spent. They must be feeling very low today and tomorrow. On Friday they will realize that they could hardly run in second half against Liverpool but next they face Spurs on Saturday, arguably the fittest and best team in EPl right now in 2018. Can't see them having enough spirit to come back if Spurs score first.

We need to beat them and put the dagger in while doing it. Psychological advantage and all that for next season.

City fan I work with just said its been the worst week he's ever had supporting the club.

I'd love to have a week that bad which culminates in another chance to win the Premier League title. Have their fans completely forgotten where they were 15 years ago?!

Yep, get up and at them early doors, into their faces, nick an early goal or two and I honestly think we could smash them. They look absolutely knackered.

From memory I think Dembele was just coming back from injury before that game. He definitely wasn't the same player as he is now. De Bruyne is key for them though. Got to stop the ball getting to him somehow.

I'm so undecided on the fullback positions.

RB is a real tricky selection for this game. Trips has had a better season, but is susceptible to pace and could get annihilated by Sane/Sterling. Aurier on the flip side is quicker, but has been shit positionally and dives in at the wrong time and place. That Walker bloke would have been quite handy for this one...

Sane has been poor recently. Trippier for me in this one. Don't want Aurier to give them a chance with a silly mistake.

Plus Trippier being former City, and his mistakes in the last game will ensure he is prepared.

Big news today that Edwards is back from his Norwich loan. Chuck him straight in.

Lloris
Aurier - Sanchez - Vertonghen - Rose
Dier - Dembele
Edwards - Eriksen - Son
Kane
