@WiganSpur has my back.Where did you see that?
They reckoned Dier does not respond well to being pressed.

Thing is, he didn’t used to be. He’s quick when he wants to be, but seems to have decided to play the game at an amble.Yes. It's a dreadful, dreadful combination.
Did you see Newport County's scouting report on us? They identified Dier as one-paced.
A damning indictment.Yes. It's a dreadful, dreadful combination.

Yawn.
Yes, Harry is self serving. Yes he wanted the England job. But he still did more for us than any manager had done in many years and I do get so very tired of the endless sour grapes where he is concerned. He got us two top four finishes and a CL quarter final at a time when we had no business getting that far. He deserves more credit like he gets (along with other people who get uncalled for shit, like Robbie Keane).
Maybe we will add to our midfield options during the transfer window ! Oh wait a moment it is closing in a couple of hours after being open for the whole month of January!I don't fancy a result at all tonight.
Disappointed with the starting eleven and, in particular, our midfield selection, but I recognise that we are desperately short of options.
It would be nice to have a footballer in midfield. Someone with an iota of vision. Why ppl not happy with the lineup? Do you guys prefer to see Sissoko start instead? Coys
But when the direct competition is Dier, Dembele and Sissoko then there's certainly some scope to rotate our options and give him a start - if anything to give the likes of 'undroppable' Dier a mental kick up the arse!Wanyama has looked so off the pace I'm not sure how you could justify selecting him right now.

WTF?Michael Owen in Spurs kit!!
No, but that doesn't mean his sacking was justified and it doesn't mean he should just be treated as a hate figure. Not disputing any of that, but he didn't get the sack for finishing 4th did he?

Not asking for Wanyama to be a Modric here - just screen the defence and provide legs in the middle.
They are the biggest club in the world. Why do fans always get butthurt that clubs that have a bigger global profile get the most attention?Watching BT coverage you would think this was a United home game !
