What a second half display. Absolute domination against the Bundesliga leaders. Poch must be delighted with that.

Felt like a really mature and professional job too.

Really like the back 3 against decent sides, adds a level of control and solidity that the diamond lacks.

So many good performances. One of those nights you are proud to be Spurs.

Surely it's time we sat back down at the table with Toby over his contract too? Not sure what else he could have done this season to prove his quality and commitment to the team. Need to look at Jan and possibly even Llorente for another year too.

Funny how things work out. Rose would have probably played with an extra days rest, the very thing that Poch moaned about in his press conference. Had that happened, Jan would have played CB and we would have never seen this blessing unfold.

Slightly off topic but it's been a fantastic night - one of the best ever and nice to think that two other EPL teams have to play their CL matches next week.. While we have 9 days R&R (sort of) prior to the Burnley match.

Just wanted to say I've been having quite ago at the refs recently and even thought here we go again when he didn't book Delaney but so refreshing to have a ref that wasn't a complete piece of shit, if you compare the game to Leicester where everytime one of their shits went down Oliverpool blew up this ref gave the game a chance and made a massive difference in us projecting our game, if only we could have Euro refs every week instead of the complete shitheads we get...

Just back from the game I don't think I need to say anything, you all know how bloody good we were.
Man of the match to everyone and an extra one for Jan, he was superb.

Spurs did everyone one of us proud tonight, to think what we have been through this season and witness this performance, absolutely amazing.

I wonder if the team will have a couple of days off?

Jan! (his surname is too hard!)

Wonder footballer. He is an amazing crosser. Aways misses the first man - and its not like he has blistering pace to get half a yard infront. Pure timing and technique.

Why play Davies - Verts puts more balls in more dangerous places and is a better defender.

Yep, Poch confirmed that he would be giving the players time off. Most likely 4 days off and 5 days to prep for Burnley. If we can get Kane back for that game, we'll be in good shape for the Chelsea and Arsenal games.

Hint on Vertonghen, just write b-eryl without the dash and it posts as his surname. Im almost certain it still works, at least. I always type it out

Edit: Vertonghen.

Edit 2: Yep, it works still

Seems the Sancho media love in has understandably ruffled some feathers but the kids a gem. Hope we can get him and Rice to Spurs -
