Love how Poch said in his after match interview about Alli "he's so good, you can't intimidate him".

I think we need to give the player some credit after that today.

Did we play a 442 today? Diamond in midfield? Or was it 4231? I couldn’t tell. Perhaps one of the more tactically astute on here might know?

He was class. Think I said in the early weeks that 'Dele Cam' would be on him this year. He'll survive it and push on from there from what I'm seeing.

Weird match for him tonight. Made his presence felt many times, but also misjudged quite a few headers.

Happy to have him back though. Great signing!

I'd have to watch it again for those points to be honest. Made the game otherwise look very easy and mopped up a few situations that had caused us issue without breaking a sweat.

The scary thought is just how good he can become this is one of those moments when you have to say well done to the scouting team here.

I have been a fierce critic of Dele but he was excellent tonight and very good against Stoke too. When he plays well the whole team does but unfortunately the opposite of that also applies.

Very much so. Especially with someone of his supposed temperament. He got a lot of stick from the fans, was fouled a few times and not given anything and for the most part just got on with it. Was mature from him in that regard especially with him being on a yellow.

Gotta say, Burnley got some shit fans. I understand that they were frustrated with Alli, but instead of supporting and pushing their own team they were constantly booing Alli instead. Laughable.

Watch the fancam footage. They got pelters from our lot who were excellent as usual.

Will they boo him at the World Cup when he is wearing an England shirt ? Probably.

Good post-match interview by Dyche to be fair

What a nice change for a manager to give credit where it's obviously due. An honest interview from a manager who has just seen his side concede more in one game than the whole of the season at home.

Takes some doing that.

It would endear many more fans to other Clubs if their managers were honest, shared views on the proceeding ninety minutes that reflected what ninety odd percent of the fans who have watched the game had actually seen.

Wenger, Jose, Klopp should take a leaf out of Dyche's book, as for Conte no fucker can understand a word he utters anyway so we can safely discount him.
