Don't know if that's true as I haven't had the time to confirm it.

Would be extraordinary, seeing as we're well below par relative to the talent levels in the squad.

EDIT: Not quite true. We had 18pts after 8 games in the 16/17 season. However, we only had 5 wins (and 3 draws). This time around we will have had 6 wins (and 2 losses). Depends which is thought to be better really.

Mostly disappointed that KWP isn't playing. Lamela has clearly been managed for fitness concerns all season long, given that he had to be subbed against Barca it's little surprise that he is being rotated out for this one. If need be he'll come on for a half hour but let's hope it doesn't come to that, this is a Championship team we're playing.
