Everything....

Share bag of Doritos and a large bag of haribo at the moment. Just polished off a cheese baguette too. Fun times.

I do like haribos - theyre like pringles - once you start you just can not stop

We are an absolute shadow of the side we have been in previous seasons under Poch. I just don't see where we go from here, because without serious investment it looks like we've hit our ceiling and it seems Poch knows it too.

I don't know what it is, but he seems like he's feeling the pressure and is A LOT more antagonistic this season than he has ever been.

This team still has potential when it clicks to be a good side and it's clear we are in a very poor run of form performance wise. The problem is central midfield, we failed to address it in the summer. We should have proactively improved this key area in the summer and we are now seeing the result of that inaction. We have a very soft centre. Our CM is very weak on the ball collectively and we are very weak off the ball collectively. End result is we will struggle to be competitive in the big games this season and we will struggle to get in the CL places. Imagine Winks and Sissoko versus Chelsea or City's CM.

Nah - he is having to drop deep to get the ball - this is not his best role.

He had gotten some form over the last couple of matches playing up front. But, playing deeper takes him out of his game.

If it's as you say for me it is quite easy for Poch to sort. Tell Son to stay left, Moura right and Kane down the midfield.
Isn't happening though. I wonder what the reason is?

I don't mind Kane coming a little deeper to link up play, Ithink it's coming from a desire to be more involved which is admirable. The issue we have is that nobody is occupying his position when he decides to drop in.

What is also not helping is that, for a rather settled group of players who have played together a while, they demonstrate little evidence of being on the same wavelength. I've seen countless times where in attack we have people like Kane, Son, Moura, sometimes all three, making the same run and not alert to what others are doing or they play itself. In defence there have been so many times where Sanchez and Toby are on each others toes and that's caused more issues than anything Cardiff have done.

It's just not a well-oiled machine currently.

Did it? Any analysis of Kane's heat map to back that view
Dont need to be pedantic, I have eyes, and anyone with half a brain can see in this current system, Lucas is taking up positions you would want Harry in. With no creativity Harry is being asked to play deeper.

Kane Toby jan Rose Lucas could even argue Gazzaniga who has been very good and probably played about the same minutes.
I shouldn’t have said lamela has been far from our best as he has been good I just get a bit annoyed with the constant lamela fan boy club on here tbh
So to counteract fans’ opinions that he’s been good, you intentionally exaggerated how you felt?

Right.

Why does being positive about our player mean anyone’s a fanboy?

I think your argument would have more weight if Kane was not doing the same for England.

HT Stats:

Tottenham Cardiff

Possession 69.1% 30.9%

Shots 10 6

On target 4 4

Corners 3 2

Over double the possession but same number of shots on target? Not watching so don't know the quality of the shots on target.

Fair enough, but also feel for England that Harry wasn't rightly used, and again was used to free up space for Sterling
