Early 2nd goal would be good so we can rest easy. Could also do with boosting our goal difference which could be important come the end of the season.

We are an absolute shadow of the side we have been in previous seasons under Poch. I just don't see where we go from here, because without serious investment it looks like we've hit our ceiling and it seems Poch knows it too.

I don't know what it is, but he seems like he's feeling the pressure and is A LOT more antagonistic this season than he has ever been.

This team still has potential when it clicks to be a good side and it's clear we are in a very poor run of form performance wise. The problem is central midfield, we failed to address it in the summer. We should have proactively improved this key area in the summer and we are now seeing the result of that inaction. We have a very soft centre. Our CM is very weak on the ball collectively and we are very weak off the ball collectively. End result is we will struggle to be competitive in the big games this season and we will struggle to get in the CL places. Imagine Winks and Sissoko versus Chelsea or City's CM.

It’s as if Levy and Co have looked at the squad and said to Poch you’ve still got the same players that have excelled the last 3 seasons. What they haven’t considered or in effect turned a blind eye to is the injuries and/serious fitness concerns which has crippled our central midfield.

Even before the window shut there were major question marks over Wanyama, Dembele and Winks. Add the World Cup fatigue, the pressure to reincorporate Alderweireld, splitting up the fantastic partnership of Verts and Sanchez, with the latter struggling at times this season. Even 2 additons would have helped us immensely but no, something went badly wrong and we’re now barely into the season with a threadbare squad.

I feel sorry for Poch but he hasn’t helped himself at times as it’s one thing to evolve a winning formula but when you fanny about with it you lose form and more importantly drop points.

Rose has a clear shot at goal first and wants it. Sissoko takes the ball off him. Amazing

Stupid from Sanchez

WTF is with all the standing around? Infuriates me almost as much as the constant back passes.

That ball was falling either on Rose's right foot or Sissoko's left. Can't think of any shot less likely to go in.
